Employment & Classification
The Employment and Classification team works on acquiring, cultivating and retaining skilled personnel, as well as understanding fair compensation, expectations, and timelines for people movement throughout the recruitment and retention cycle.
Employee Engagement
The Employee Engagement team manages and promotes the benefits and services our employees, retirees, and their dependents are eligible for as employees of Mohave County and members of the Mohave County Employee Benefits Trust.


Employee Relations
Employee Relations develops, manages, and evaluates a variety of services in the employee life cycle. From onboarding to retirement, the Employee Relations team is there to advise and give objective feedback to County leadership and employees regarding all aspects of employment-related concerns.
Risk Management
Our Risk Management Division is dedicated to protecting the County’s people, property, and resources. We work proactively to create safe, compliant, and resilient workplaces while safeguarding employees, facilities, and community events. As the County’s authority on workplace safety, we provide expert guidance, training, and support; conduct regular audits; and respond promptly to incidents. Through continuous assessment and improvement, we help prevent risks, reduce costs, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.

Administration
Our Admin team provides strategic support in Human Resources operations, leads policy and procedural improvement efforts, and otherwise oversees the support services offered to all County departments.
